All orders are processed Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm within one to three business days after receipt. All observed holidays or post office closers may delay orders made during theses times. We do not guarantee delivery dates given by the post office as they are estimated times only. Please follow all provided tracking info on your orders if available.
Special orders, variants, shaving brushes and shaving kits ship 6 weeks after receipt. This is a estimated time and most orders may ship sooner some times same day. If faster shipping is required please contact us to see if we can help.
International orders all taxes, fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your countries taxes, fees or duties as return items due to not being able to ship will not be refunded shipping cost. 20% restock fee on returned items will also be applied.
Return items due to not being able to be delivered (unless a mistake has been made by Local Gent Shaving Co.LLC) will not be refunded the cost of shipping. Items will only be re-shipped after new shipping cost are applied to the order by the customer in this event. A 20% restock fee on returned items not deliverable will also be applied if no re-delivery is made and a refund is to be processed.
No returns on custom orders, shaving brushes, razors, shaving creams, shaving soaps, aftershave lotions, aftershave splashes, pre-shave oils, beard oils, beard balms, beard combs, on sale items, one time deals, giveaways or promotional items due to health concerns. Unless unused in the original packaging, damaged or a mistake by Local Gent Shaving Co. LLC has been made. If you need to exchange it for the same item within the ten (10) day return period, contact us using the "Contact Us" page on our website. The item must be unused and in the original unopened packaging to qualify. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase without contacting us first to qualify for a customer return number. We do not guarantee that we will except your return if your order does not have a CRN. Customers assume all responsibility for the costs associated with returning items. Make sure to insure your return with the post office, if your package is lost or stolen as we will require a proof of delivery.
We accept returns within 10 days of the customer receiving the item 90 days on razors if defective for exchange only. Clams must be received with in 10 days of receiving your order to qualify. We can not offer you a refund or exchange if the expired time allowed has gone by since you have received your purchase.
Refunds (If Qualified)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your return. If your return qualifies your refund will be processed to the original method of payment with in 10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost returns, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if not approved. You should consider using a track able shipping method to protect your returns. All cancellation of processed orders (not shipped) will be refunded the original order price minus a 20% restocking fee. Shaving brushes, shaving kits, special orders and all custom order cancellations will have a 50% restock fee.
All discounts, coupons, coupon codes and all other offers MUST
be redeemed at the time of purchase. No exceptions will be made. No discounts, coupons, coupon codes or any
other offers well be honored after the order has been placed. No substitutions
will be honored or given in this event. Wholesale orders do not qualify for additional
use of coupons, discounts, coupon codes, ect.. All expired discounts, coupons, coupon codes or any other offers well not be honored if expired no exceptions well be made. Local Gent Shaving Co.LLC reserves the right to end at any time at any point any of its promotions, coupons, coupon code, discounts, one time deals and all other offers at there discretion with no notice given or posted. No substitutions will be honored or given in this event.
Shaving Brushes Variations and Warranties
All of our shaving brushes handles are all handmade by Local Gent Shaving Co. LLC in the USA. Being handmade and tooled slight variations may be evident making them different from one another in color shape and design slightly. These are not flaws in the production of our brush line and are not considered by us defective under any of our warranties. All shaving brushes have a limited time warranty of 30 days from date of purchase from defects under normal use excluding normal or excessive wear and tear, damage or loss due to user normal use, misuse, care, or accidental damages. Warranty excluding normal or excessive knot and company logo wear and tear and or painted area wear and tear, damages or loss due to users normal use, misuse, care or accidental damages. Knot fallout is not covered under any part of our brush warranty. If knot fallout does occur we can instruct you on how to refit and glue your knot back into place. All other damage or defect if any must be un-altered and all info reported to us before the warranty expiration date to be approved. Please refer to the return section on this page on how to report the problem for our warranty services.
Beard Combs Returns & Exchanges
All of our beard combs are hand finished and made in the USA. Being handmade and tooled slight variations may be evident making them different from one another in shape, wood grain and design slightly. These are not flaws in the production of our beard combs and are not considered by us defective under any of our warranties. All of our beard combs have a 10 day return time from date of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging and unused condition. If you wish to return or exchange your comb please contact us using the contacts page to qualify before mailing back your purchase.
